FINAL ADJUDICATION: GREEN CARDS DELIVERED!!!
Congratulations to our clients! Their Green Cards were delivered to the firm's address this week. Though they are from Nigeria, we filed the applications before the recent immigration restrictions, and they had arrived in the U.S. before the proclamation. The final adjudication of these cases (the issuance of their Green Cards) is a great news for our clients who were worried about the recent immigration changes. As of today, the firm has lots of pending AOS/CONSULAR applications involving clients from the blacklisted countries, so it will be interesting to see how USCIS will treat them. These new Green Card holders (a principal beneficiary, with two derivative beneficiaries) benefited from an approved EB-2(NIW) petition. The firm represented the principal beneficiary, too.
